Rev. Christopher Gilmore, AA, BS
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!” (2
Cor.5:17)
As a native of Camden New Jersey, Pastor Christopher Gilmore has a powerful testimony of redemption,
regeneration, restoration and reintegration. After accepting Jesus Christ as his personal savior, Chris realized his
purpose in life was to strengthen those who were at the margins of society. As a product of the inner-city Rev.
Gilmore understands the plight of the circumstances plaguing urban environments. He believes it is the undertaking
of disciples that will cultivate positive relationships between God and humanity. Due to his passion for holistic change,
Pastor Chris founded Go and Possess the Land Ministries, an outreach ministry that focuses on evangelizing,
educating, and empowering those within the boundaries of Camden City.
Through his involvement in prison ministry Pastor Chris was overtaken with the urgency to assist in the re-entrance of
those experiencing isolation from society. As a small business owner Pastor Chris, is diligent in facilitating a work
environment consistent with a reintegration model. He seeks to employ persons with criminal background histories as
well as to establish mentoring services. He believes as a part of the church, we must offer respect and acceptance to
those marginalized in order to acquire and maintain sustainable communities.
Pastor Christopher is the youngest of three children that was raised by his parents Mother Theresa and Brother
William Elliotte. He was educated in the Camden Public School System. In furthering his education, he majored in
Addictions Counseling at Camden County College. He earned an associate degree in theology and a Bachelor of
Science degree in Bible from Lancaster Bible College. He desires to pursue his academic endeavors.
Pastor Chris enjoys spending quality time with the love of his life, Dr. Tiffany and his three adult children. He also
prides himself on the work that he does parenting at-risk youth.
Rev. Dr. Tiffany Gilmore, LCSW, MSS, MFT, M.DIV.
Dr. Tiffany Gilmore is a passionate, devoted, and anointed Women of God. With great
joy she juggles being a wife,
mother, daughter, pastor, therapist, professor, entrepreneur, and friend. Dr. Tiffany met
her soul mate Pastor Christopher Gilmore in 1993 and remained friends until their union
in 2001. Together they have raised three lovely children.
Rev. Dr. Gilmore has been through many fires in her life and uses her life experience to
encourage and strengthen others. Pastor Tiffany brings insight from the perspective of
one who has willingly rebelled against God after being violated and marginalized but
has ultimately accepted the Holy Spirit’s call. Her powerful testimony of redemption and
transformation is proof of God’s love for the lost. After Dr. Tiffany accepted the Lord
Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior, she realized that her gifts were to be used to walk
along side and advocate for those who have been victimized and exploited. Her desire
is to be instrumental in bringing healing and wholeness to those who are sexually, and
emotionally broken. As a faithful servant, Pastor Tiffany answered the call to the
preaching ministry in 2000. She has traveled both in the United States and abroad using
her gifts. The Lord has used her preaching and prophetic dance.
Pastor Tiffany received both her ministerial diploma and ministerial credentials in 2008
when she graduated from Deliverance Evangelistic Bible Institute. She attended both
the University of Arts and Camden County College and obtained an Associates of Arts
Degree in Dance. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Urban Ministry Leadership from
Geneva College at the Center for Urban Theological Studies. Further, she has also
earned a master’s degree in clinical social services from Bryn Mawr College. In 2016
she completed her master’s degree in divinity at Palmer Theological Seminary, the
Seminary of Eastern University. In 2020, she furthered her academic accomplishments
by earning her PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy from Eastern University where she
is now an adjunct professor in their doctoral program.
